Is monthly service required?

Yes. WAVE PTX uses an active subscription. Your proposal shows equipment, recurring service, optional features, and any agreement terms separately, and your final pricing is confirmed in your quote.

Can our company buy with a purchase order?

Yes. Your business account includes PO submission, approval status, invoices, and order tracking. RF Concepts reviews your account, credit terms, and purchase order before an order ships.

What should my proposal include?

Review equipment quantities, accessories, installation, activation, recurring subscriptions, optional features, taxes, shipping, the agreement term, and cancellation conditions. The proposal identifies what is paid upfront and what recurs.
