Radio Frequency Concepts (“RF Concepts”, “we”) operates this website and the business account portal. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: company, name, email, phone, title, and addresses.
• Business records you create: orders, purchase orders, invoices, radio inventory, talkgroup configurations, and support conversations.
• Payment references: masked card or bank identifiers supplied by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers, CVVs, or complete bank account numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders, activate service, issue invoices, collect payments you authorize, and provide support.
• To review and approve business accounts, credit terms, and purchase orders.
• To send transactional notifications about orders, invoices, configuration reviews, and tickets. Marketing email is opt-in and can be turned off in Account settings.
• To protect the service against fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Service providers who act on our behalf: our payment processor, email delivery provider, shipping carriers, and Motorola Solutions for WAVE PTX activation and configuration. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Business and financial records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes. Access to the portal is role-based and enforced on the server; every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log. Data is encrypted in transit, and secrets are encrypted at rest.

Your choices
