Returns

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the equipment price, less any restocking fee stated on your invoice. Activated radios, installed vehicle equipment, and custom-configured systems are not returnable except for defects. Open a support ticket from your account to start a return and receive a return authorization.

Defective equipment

Report a defect through a support ticket tied to the device. RF Concepts coordinates warranty replacement with Motorola Solutions and keeps your inventory record and subscription aligned with the replacement unit.

Radio warranty

Every radio sold by RF Concepts carries a standard 24-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the purchase date. The warranty dates for each radio are shown on its record in your account under Fleet. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, lost or stolen radios, or batteries and accessories worn through normal use. Extended service plans may be available; ask RF Concepts for current options.

Service cancellation

Recurring service can be cancelled per the agreement terms shown in your proposal and account. Cancellation stops future invoices from the end of the current billing period; it does not refund the current period unless stated otherwise.
