WAVE PTX Dispatch runs in a browser on an internet-connected workstation. Each seat lets one dispatcher monitor and talk on several talkgroups at once, message individuals and groups, and view available device locations on a map. The seat is billed monthly; the first month is included with your order and RF Concepts provisions the login when the order is processed.

Which networks will my radios use?
Network access depends on the radio, regional hardware, and service plan. WAVE PTX is a carrier-independent platform, but that does not mean every device connects to every carrier. RF Concepts reviews the networks and locations supported by your proposed configuration before you buy.
Is monthly service required?
Yes. WAVE PTX uses an active subscription. Your proposal shows equipment, recurring service, optional features, and any agreement terms separately, and your final pricing is confirmed in your quote.
Can our company buy with a purchase order?
Yes. Your business account includes PO submission, approval status, invoices, and order tracking. RF Concepts reviews your account, credit terms, and purchase order before an order ships.
