Put WAVE PTX on an existing smartphone: the Motorola WAVE PTX app joins the same talkgroups as your radios, with group and private calls, messaging, and the map. At checkout you give each user's name and mobile number; once RF Concepts provisions the account, Motorola WAVE sends that number a text message to finish signing in. Billed monthly per user, first month with the order.

Which networks will my radios use?
Network access depends on the radio, regional hardware, and service plan. WAVE PTX is a carrier-independent platform, but that does not mean every device connects to every carrier. RF Concepts reviews the networks and locations supported by your proposed configuration before you buy.
Is monthly service required?
Yes. WAVE PTX uses an active subscription. Your proposal shows equipment, recurring service, optional features, and any agreement terms separately, and your final pricing is confirmed in your quote.
Can our company buy with a purchase order?
Yes. Your business account includes PO submission, approval status, invoices, and order tracking. RF Concepts reviews your account, credit terms, and purchase order before an order ships.
